In order to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our “furry family” members, effective October 1st, 2022, the Careteam at The Ark Animal Hospital will impose a cancellation fee of $50.00 for exams and $100.00 for surgeries in an ongoing effort to reduce the number of no shows.
In the event that you need to cancel, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation charge.
Currently our appointments are in high demand and our #1 priority is you and your pet! When appointments are scheduled, we reserve that time for your pet to spend with our dedicated team of doctors and staff.
Our goal is to be able to provide care to all and minimizing no shows will help us offer appointments as they become available to those in need of urgent medical care.
